Hi Mike,
Yes Innocent Eyes was inspired by my grandchildren and this shitty world, where we fight over black stuff coming out of the ground.
In the words of the great Lama Rinpoche. "We are mentally very rich when we desire nothing."

I enjoyed looking around your site, Patsy. See you at the Grail when I get chance to pop in. I'm a bit busy at the moment working on a commisioned novella, but I love your poetry and can wholeheartedly relate to your comments regarding house prices and Scotland. I'm in exactly the same position, but married to a good man and living in England - desperate to return to my homeland of Wales.

I think more than this is excellent. I do like well crafted poetry that actually says something.
Nice blog site too. I must come back and read more.

Hi Patsy.
A lovely website for a Sunday morning. I haven't time to read it all. I'm off to man the door at our local art show, which reminds me... your blog is tastefully presented and that added to my enjoyment. I shall return.
